FAQ

Questions industrial buyers ask first.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and packaging. As a rule, we quote packaged goods from one pallet upward (for example, four drums); bulk products are quoted from a full ISO tank or truck. If you need less, ask — we will say plainly whether it is economical.
What are typical lead times?
For goods available regionally — days. For sourcing programs from international producers, allow four to eight weeks including ocean transit and customs. Every quote states a delivery window we are prepared to commit to.
Which documents accompany a delivery?
Commercial invoice, packing list, the certificate of analysis for the delivered lot, safety data sheet, and — where relevant — certificate of origin and dangerous-goods declarations. Documents are shared for review before shipment.
Which Incoterms and payment terms do you work with?
We quote from EXW to DDP depending on destination and product class. Payment terms are agreed per contract; recurring customers typically move to open terms after the first shipments.
Can we get samples before ordering?
Yes — for most packaged products we can arrange samples or a trial lot for line qualification, together with the corresponding lot documentation.
Can you ship dangerous goods?
Yes. Flammables, corrosives, and oxidizers ship under ADR/IMDG rules with certified packaging, correct marking, and trained carriers. Compliance is part of the quote, not an extra.
